By accessing or using Verosight's services, including our API Platform and Analytics Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Verosight, a subsidiary of Volantis, provides data intelligence services including:

  • API access to social media and news data
  • Custom analytics dashboards and monitoring tools
  • Data analysis and reporting services

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Redistribute or resell data obtained through our services without authorization
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse our API infrastructure
  • Use our services to harass, defame, or harm any individual

5. API Terms

API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for excessive or abusive usage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided by Verosight remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services as intended.

7. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed according to the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Verosight provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
